Everything was great. I rented for the weekend. The check in was easy. Fully stocked towels & wash cloths. Very clean modern kitchen. With an upstairs and downstairs. Great to accommodate large gatherings. The beds are foam and not very comfortable for someone who is use to mattresses but overall our stay was short and sweet. Adaquate heating and has an awesome backyard with two exits out of the property. Property manager was very helpful and attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this property for rent.

Very nice and modern apartment , lots of spaces for relaxing . Bedding was very comfortable and everyone was happy , I would say the bunk beds are 100% better for young kids. Owners were attentive and answers all of my questions in a timely matter . We had a great time and it’s a reasonable walking distance to the C train . Plenty of towels but if you get chilly I suggest you bring extra blankets and pillows . Shower had good pressure and got very hot! Although a bit sensitive . Made our birthday trip a fantastic time

We had a very disappointing experience at this property. On the first night, the upstairs bathroom lost power, and despite trying the switchboard and reset buttons, nothing worked. The following night, we returned to find brown-colored water leaking from a basement light fixture. Shortly after, the power went out downstairs, leaving us without lights both there and in the upstairs bathroom.The host did send someone the next day, who was able to restore the power, but the leakage problem was not resolved. Later that evening, another leak appeared—this time from the smoke detector—which then began beeping nonstop due to water damage. The alarm continued for a day and a half until someone came to remove it! It was extremely annoying and bothersome.These issues were stressful, time-consuming, and concerning for our safety. While the host was responsive and the location itself was true to the listing, the overall experience was not what we expected or paid for.

Hi Makeda, We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We did our best to assist you with the bathroom light issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, since it was Labor Day, it was a challenge to find a plumber to address the leak promptly. However, we ensured that one was sent as soon as they became available. Regarding the alarm issue, we attempted to troubleshoot and offered a suggestion, but since it didn’t resolve the problem, we arranged to have the alarm picked up promptly. As a gesture of our sincere apology, we were happy to honor your request for a late checkout by extending it from 11 AM to 3 PM. Thank you for your understanding, and again, we apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to host you again and provide a better experience on your next visit to the area.
