This was our second time staying at this location. When we knew we were returning to the area for a night, my kids begged me to stay at the same place we had last time. The owners are the most kind people you'll meet, the property is clean and beautiful, and the bed and sofa bed are super comfortable. I cannot recommend it enough. We can’t wait to go back!!

I wish I could give this location more than just 5 stars. The hosts are amazing, the location is tranquil, the animals so sweet, and the apartment is immaculate. It’s the perfect location as it relates to proximity to the Floyd area. We will be coming back to stay here again!!

There are so many great features about this place: the goat/sheep/pig welcoming committee, fresh eggs on the counter, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, cool furniture pieces, art, and more. Best feature? Sean and Susana and their family. Incredibly sweet and friendly. You could feel how much they wanted to make it a great stay. Will be booking again for our numerous grandbaby visits to the area!!

Very clean, stocked with all your needs and more. Coffee, creamers, sweetners were provided.Family friendly, hosts were very attentive. 2 sheep, Cookie the pig and chickens, they even provided fresh eggs. Location was only 3 miles from Floyd in a country setting.We would highly recommend this property.Thank you!

Honestly such an amazing and relaxing stay for my family. My father in law, mother in law, and husband went up north from Jax, FL due to a memorial service for my father in law’s brother. My FIL is handicapped and uses a walker, and although it’s not purposed to be handicap friendly, it was very accommodating and spacious in which he was able to maneuver with ease throughout the property. They loved the animals, the views, the sleeping arrangements, and the property as a whole. The owners even helped us with some items that were left behind on accident so we could retrieve it! We will be coming back to see family and will DEFINITELY be staying there again!

Absolutely loved this Vrbo! Owners are so nice and friendly. Sean introduced us to all the animals when we arrived. So spacious and clean with everything you need for a comfy stay. Close to Floyd downtown and just beautiful. Highly recommend. All the stars!

My senior citizen parents and I had a wonderful stay at Susana and Sean's lovely apartment in Floyd! The location was very convenient to downtown Floyd and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Their walk out basement apartment home is situated on a hill in a quiet neighborhood and as pictured. It is beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable. Any items you would need if you forget them were provided, such as chargers, umbrellas, flashlight, etc. We cooked most of our meals -- the kitchen is well-equipped with high quality cookware, appliances and dishes. We made breakfast every day with fresh eggs that were provided by their chickens. We spent most evenings on the patio which overlooks their clean critter pens on the hillside. Most of all, this lovely family is very welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. It was a joy and privilege to stay in their home. Thank you for the terrific July 4 memories!
