Seaside 509: Modern Top-Floor Beachfront Condo Mid-Island

This beautifully decorated beachfront condo is right on the gulf, with stunning views morning, noon and night. Completely rebuilt with all-new kitchen appliances, bathroom furnishings, furniture and more. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed with private entry to the screen-in beachfront balony; the second bedroom features bunk beds and additional twin bed. Two bathrooms (one with walk-in shower, one with bathtub), fabulous views throughout and an open, spacious floorplan.

Directly across the street from the island grocery store, restaurants and a marina, where you can book charters or rent a boat.

On-site amenities include gas grills, a beautifully landscaped heated beachfront pool and patio area, credit-card operated laundry room, and enjoy a game of shuffleboard while overlooking the beautiful gulf waters.

Great location! Condo was well stocked with kitchenware and bath towels. Having a Publix across the street is a win all the way. We’ve stayed at several places in the area and this is by far the best one yet.

Love the ocean view. Pool could have been a few degrees warmer, for some reason the first two days it was very warm and then it went cooler. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and would recommend staying at Seaside.
