This home is within walking distance of Ball State University Campus. You can also be in downtown Muncie in 10 minutes via car.
A beautiful two-story home in a quiet location with a large fenced-in backyard. Guests will have access to 2 bedrooms, 1 king bed, 1 full bed, and 2 air mattresses.
It’s the perfect place for Ball State families or Muncie visitors. It’s also close to Ball Memorial Hospital and BSU’s football stadium. Make your next visit easy and walkable!

There is a full bath upstairs and a half-bath downstairs.

House is cute - loved all the wood floors although they're noisy. beds were comfortable. only stayed one night but it was walkable back and forth to campus so that was great
