This condo offers spectacular views that will take your breath away. You can enjoy these stunning sights from both the living room and the master bedroom.

The Sea Matanzas rental condo features two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, providing incredible ocean views. The secondary bedroom also has a king-size bed. With a sofa sleeper available, the maximum occupancy is six guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, making cooking a breeze while you enjoy beach views and dine oceanfront! This unit also provides a designated carport!

The Summer Haven area is a remote location situated on a barrier island, south of Fort Matanzas and just north of Marineland. It's a perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle, with Historic Downtown just a 20-minute drive to the north and St. Augustine Beach only 10 minutes away.

There are plenty of attractions near the condo, including Fort Matanzas, Marineland, fishing, and state parks. You can visit Saint Augustine for a taste of history and shopping, or venture a bit further north to Jacksonville to catch a Jacksonville Jaguars NFL game. You may even enjoy a round of golf at Sawgrass Ponte Vedra or 18 holes at the World Golf Village.

Head south from the vacation rental to explore Flagler Beach, Daytona Beach, and eventually Cape Canaveral, all within a short drive. Orlando's famous theme parks, including Disney and Universal Studios, are just a day trip away. Relax at the beach, visit the theme parks, and return for more beachside relaxation!

Great Condo from the standpoint of accessing a beautiful dog friendly beach. You could overlook some issues with the rental itself because if the location, beach etc. However its a new rental and the owner is clueless as to how a VRBO is suppose to work. The kitchen was barely stocked - we bought cutting boards and teaspoons . There was no checklist completed - dishwasher not working., shower was not draining, etc. i called the rental agency twice for fixes and then was charged for a stain on the mattress which was supposedly my fault. I would not recommend this rental.
