Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip the bed sheets and leave on the beds. Gather used towels and place in tubs.
Take out trash (dumpster located in front of condo).
Set thermostat to 75 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
