This gated estate was designed for groups who want room to spread out and enjoy time together. With six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and 11 queen beds, the home easily accommodates large families, friends, or retreats.

Enter into an open floor plan with hardwood floors, unique artwork, and a grand piano greeting you at the entry. The chef’s kitchen features granite countertops, a professional stove, ice maker, and oversized refrigerator — perfect for entertaining.

Two spacious living rooms, each with a 65-inch TV, provide plenty of gathering space, while wood- and gas-burning fireplaces add comfort. Every bedroom includes its own television, and the master suite opens directly to a private indoor hot tub and fire place, offering a spa-like retreat no matter the season.

Outdoor Living

The backyard is made for entertaining, with a deck, barbecue grill, and smoker. The gazebo extends the living space with extra dining tables, a bar, sink, and mini-fridge. Unfortunately, our stay at this property was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe due to significant maintenance issuesThe home is in serious disrepair and was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. There were no functioning smoke detectors, which is a major safety concern. An unstable chair collapsed while my 88-year-old mother was sitting in it, and much of the furniture felt unsafe. Several bathtubs were unusable, the upstairs shower leaked heavily into the floor below, and the dishwasher was not secured to the counter. We also encountered cleanliness issues, including hair in the tubs, a dirty microwave, debris at the entry, and general deferred maintenance throughout the home. The host also made inaccurate claims about children violating house rules, despite the listing explicitly including a baby and toddler section, and attempted to intimidate us by threatening a negative guest review.Given the safety hazards, cleanliness issues, and attempts to bypass Vrbo policies, we cannot recommend this property. Future guests—especially families or elderly travelers—should be aware of these conditions before booking.

A Different Kind of Stay

Most vacation rentals look the same — spotless but ordinary, with standard appliances and generic artwork. This estate is different. Here, you’ll find original art throughout the home, a Bose sound system, and a tuned grand piano ready to play. The chef’s kitchen features a true six-burner stainless steel gas stove — the kind you’d expect in a professional kitchen, not a rental.

And unlike a brand-new luxury home that might run $2,000–$3,000 per night, this estate hosts large groups for under $1,000 per night (rates can be higher in peak seasons, but I’m always happy to work with guests who really want the space).

It’s not just a place to sleep — it’s an experience. Burn real fires in the fireplaces or outdoor fire pits, gather the whole group for movies, or spread out into one of three living rooms for your own space. And don’t worry about “breaking” anything — this is a real home meant to be enjoyed. If you spill a drink or break a glass, don’t lose sleep (or money). The goal here is comfort, memories, and ease.
