Beautiful home! So easy to beach. So enjoyed the pool and the baby pool was so unexpected. Mark, our host, was so quick to answer all our concerns. The beds were very comfortable. Appreciated having bathrooms in all the rooms.

Perfect location within a few steps to the beach. House was nicely designed to accommodate a multi-family vacation. Easy, carefree vacation with everything we needed. Hatteras island was a cute town to get out and explore. We loved our stay and would love to return one day!

The property was as described. The house was supplied with enough seating and kitchen essentials for a large group. The screened in porch and multiple bathrooms were a definite plus. There was an issue with the hot tub which was addressed quickly. The pool had great outdoor furniture and it was an easy walk to the beach. This house was good for our multi generational family.

This house was just perfect for our family of 7. Everyone had their own space. The common area was large enough for us all to hang out together and eat together at the big table . The house is a short walk to the beach. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great summer vacation for all

We enjoyed this home and its location very much. It was close to the beach, marinas, ferry service, food markets, rental facilities, gas and shopping. The pool, hot tub and game room were a huge success with our group as well!

Fall surf fishing trip

5 adult family members stayed here to be near Hatteras ramp 55 and Buxton. Excellent location with lot’s of room and amenities. The host is outstanding and very accommodating. This will be our first choice to stay for many future trips to come.

Vacation getaway

This house was absolutely perfect. It was everything we needed/ wanted for our vacation. The location was incredible and the beach was beautiful. Having the pool and hot tub was a huge plus as well. Will definitely be booking again!

Thanks Carol. Thats why we have board games, puzzles, brand new X-Box One, Multicade, pool table, hot tub, books, movies, TV's in every room, ect. You should never have to be bored at Ivey Coast if it rains, unless you want to be!

2021 Cape Hataras Vacation

Close to the beach. Water was warm and the waves were great. The pool is outstanding, the house is furnished with lots of beach stuff, dishes, silverware, and has lots of room for large groups.

Yes we just upgraded our silverwear! Thank you for noticing and we love when everyone can gather in the living room and visit but we also love some privacy at times too, that's why the layout allows for both.
