Set in the Mt. Baker Rim community near Glacier, The Astor sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably with two private bedroom suites and a dedicated bunk lounge.
The covered hot tub is ready year round, whether you are coming home from the ski area, spending a rainy PNW evening in the trees, or settling into a summer night after hiking, river walks, and mountain views.
The Space
The main level is the heart of the home, with an open living room, dining area, and chef’s kitchen framed by soaring ceilings and forest views. The kitchen features Thermador appliances, quartz countertops, a large island, and everything you need for slow breakfasts, après ski dinners, and relaxed meals together.
The living room is cozy and elevated, with comfortable seating, designer furnishings, a fireplace, and easy access to the covered deck.
Outside, enjoy the private covered hot tub, BBQ grill, Adirondack seating, and outdoor dining space. In summer, the deck becomes an extension of the living room. In winter, the hot tub glows through the trees.

This peaceful, gated community is tucked into the forest near the Nooksack River, offering the quiet, private feel guests want in a mountain getaway while still being close to local restaurants, coffee, trails, and year-round outdoor adventure.
Guests love this area for its easy access to the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, scenic river walks, hiking trails, waterfalls, and the Mt. Baker Ski Area, which is approximately 25 to 30 minutes away depending on weather and road conditions.
After a day of skiing, hiking, biking, exploring Artist Point, or simply wandering through the forest, come home to The Astor for a private hot tub soak, a cozy dinner, and a quiet evening beneath the trees.
