Each one of our units are done with an individual theme of the Rocky Mountains and offers all of the modern amenities while keeping that rustic charm. Most units provide kitchens, some offer fireplaces, and all come with charcoal grills and picnic tables. Guest access
We own from the lodge sign to the dumpster behind Unit 9 (The Bird) and halfway into the river but everything else around us is residential.
We have two fire pits. You are responsible to comply with Colorado laws. If it is windy, please do not burn. Use the buckets on the deck to grab river water to put out the fire.
We have items in the store for sale, but the games and books are free to borrow.
