Unwind in Newton at this marvelous 9000 sq. foot house with 3 bedrooms, including a king bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen bed. Large deck overlooks private backyard. 12 person movie theatre in the lower level for movie night or sports viewing. Private gym with peloton bike and treadmill, free weights, barbells. Steam and Sauna. Walk to Waban Center. Easy train ride on the D line to reservoir or 5 minute drive to Boston College
