The condo was difficult to get to as the development is quite large with an east and west side and parking spots were not numerically ordered. The pools were not clean and the community key did not work on several locks around the complex. Other tenants complained about this as well. The condo is on the non beach side. Comforters were not clean. A smoke alarm was beeping when we arrived (i changed the battery), towels were in the dryer and the place generally had a run down feel. On the positive side when the key works beach access is excellent the complex is quiet and the neighborhood is very nice.
