Second bedroom with a queen size bed and dedicated full bathroom. 3rd bedroom upstairs with loft. 2 sleep pad futons and a playpen provided for the kiddos. Sip coffee/wine from the balcony with ocean view to the west and all of Cedros Design District to the east. Downstairs patio with spa and BBQ. Home comes fully equipped with everything needed for an extended stay including full size washer/dryer, WIFI, YouTube TV, games and all the beach essentials. 2 large spaces in parking garage. Complex has 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis and water feature throughout with koi fish and turtles. Walk to Del Mar Racetrack, Belly Up and Sound concert venues, Cedros Design Center, several high end restaurants and more including Solana beach train station that can take you downtown to the Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, the famous zoo or north to all of Southern CA. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all keys in silver dish above dryer. After shutting front door press Schlage. Door will lock. Make sure you are out of parking garage and parked on street prior to locking front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Thank you Michael for hosting us at your beautiful home. So close to the beach, beautiful community with 2 pools and hot tubs. Nice to have private hot tub at home. Beds very comfortable nice linens. House very clean with everything you may need. pictures and descriptions are as described Great communication with host from start to finish. Would love to visit again!

Fantastic stay in a wonderfully updated condo on the beach. Every detail was thought of and the place was immaculate and very comfortable for our family. This was the perfect base for us for our San Diego vacation enabling a wonderful trip for our family. It felt like a brand new place inside with very comfortable beds, couches and common areas. The kitchen was completely appointed and had everything needed for meal preparation. The whole house Sonos system was really enjoyable and easy to use. The hot tub on the porch and the hot tub for the complex was comfortable and easy to access. The access to Solana Beach was easy and made for a lovely vacation. This is a top shelf property and one that we will be back to use again on our next trip. Thank you.

This property is immaculately clean, incredibly comfy, and so beautifully decorated. The location is amazing, and the amenities provided - like the beach chairs, boogie board, and kitchen essentials — made this feel like home. The host, Michael, communicated with us to make sure our stay was perfect. We travel a lot, and this is the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. 1000 thanks!
