I didn't get to use this home. I never received any communication regarding how to check in etc. I sent multiple messages to the owner over the two weeks prior to my trip without any response. They require you to purchase trip insurance, which was paid...but as I booked using a pay app site - I will not be paying for this rental.

Didn’t get to stay, owner never reached out, didn’t give me the code.. someone else ended up being there already. And I still haven’t received a refund or any communication from the owner regarding processing our refund.

Extremely disappointing stay. Zero communication about check in or checking out. The property was listed as 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but it was actually only 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The home was also very dirty when we arrived and the lawn was super long and we were not able to utilize any of the outdoor space. The garage was full of stuff so there would be no way to stay. It has a basement that was super creepy and smelled. We had to wash bedding, clean beds, and clean much of the property ourselves just to stay there. There were no clean towels ready for guests either. We had no other option but to clean it ourselves and stay. The listing needs to be corrected, and I would not recommend this property at all. Very very poor! I have filed a complaint with VRBO and Expedia. Do not stay at this property!!!!
