“Unfortunately, this guest did not follow house rules or leave the property in acceptable condition. The number of occupants exceeded what was listed in the reservation, and unauthorized individuals stayed in the home. After checkout, the house required excessive cleaning well beyond standard turnover: multiple bedrooms were left in disarray, linens and towels were heavily soiled, and food and trash were left throughout the home. Communication during the stay was courteous, but the condition of the property upon departure was not consistent with VRBO expectations. I would not host this guest again.”

We did not stay. The place was in a very high crime area in the ghetto. Awful area.
