I was a little hesitant to book because the pictures doesn't do this place justice. I was shocked with the amount of space. The house was clean and has everything you need for a overnight stay. Large yard and great neighborhood, I would definitely book again and I highly recommend this place.

NASTY PROPERTY AND POOR COMMUNICATION

The communication with the host was great until i explained the nastiness. I explained that there were bugs in the kitchen bathroom and rooms. THERE WAS BUGS IN THE BED. I asked the host for the email to send pictures because you cannot attach attachments to the inbox. NO REPLY. Then i text again NO REPLY. All i wanted was a refund for 1 night! Do not book! From the door to the interior it was nasty and dusty. Me and my family left 2:32 a.m because of bugs crawling on us in the bed. Couldn’t even eat the food that was cooked cause bugs were on it. DO NOT BOOK! DO NOT BOOK!

Extremely dirty guest. Left the property very dirty and had unapproved guest over. Stayed at the property as long as they wanted to then left and started requesting refund. Wanted a free stay. Do not rent your property to this guest.

This property was okay for an overnight stay where you are not planning to spend a lot of time there. It was adequately furnished but certainly nothing special or notable about it. It was clear immediately that it was owned by an LLC whose main purpose was to make a profit, not by people whose main goal is to serve the public. For example when you first open the door you are greeted by a completely empty space. It’s a large room and the first half has nothing in it. The second half has a TV, a couch, and a coffee table. It was all functional, but clearly used. It was the same for the whole property. This is a fine place to stay if you’re just passing through. It will adequately fill your needs. The hosts will answer your questions in decent time, but not do anything to make you feel special. There is nothing that makes you feel uncomfortable but also nothing that makes you want to come back.

Mike, we pay great care in offering our guests a comfortable stay. Having said that for the price point and considering the size of the entire house, we cannot offer a full-service stay. This can be intrusive to most guests. Our approach on all our properties is minimalist, simply to avoid clutter. What you call empty space is appreciated by all other guests as plenty of space for the kids to play around and others to enjoy. Every bit of furniture on the property is not more than a year old. Some wear that you may have noticed on the coffee tables is simply because careless guests have kept hot mugs etc on it. Bnb's are ofcourse for profit and not a charity. I guess for some guests nothing is good enough! For notable and special stays you can pay a premium at 5 or 7 star hotels which are also owned by LLCs and are for profit and you are not greeted with flowers.
