This property was clean, quiet and I loved the extra personal touches. There were spare blankets and pillows, bedside lamps, coffee, a snack basket. We enjoyed our time so much that we stayed an extra day which was also easy to arrange with the host.

Honestly such a great stay. The place was clean, cozy, and looked just like the photos. The location was super convenient and close to everything. The host was easy to communicate with and gave helped me out with some inconveniences. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was absolutely spotless and everything was basically new. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, this is it. The location is not that far away from Manning Town Center and you can get all your shopping done in one stop. Also Clairview LRT stop is a 5 min drive away. The host was very helpful, I had a question about the entrance and they were quick to reply and have my question answered within minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and quiet stay whether it's a weekend or a month. I was completely satisfied with my choice. Hands down 5 stars!

The unit is new and has everything you need. It’s very modern and generally clean. I had a bit of trouble finding the house in the dark . The numbers on the house are black on brown siding with no lights. The parking is not great. There is one spot only on the driveway and the neighborhood has the curbs and many parking spots under construction. My second guest had someone dropping her off and he had no place to park unless he blocked the driveway. There are also not proper lights for the side door where the entrance to the unit was. One of my party went to the front door accidentally because she didn’t see the side door, and was not received with much friendliness for her mistake. We arrived and the fridge was dirty. The light above the vanity was also burnt out. There was dust on all the baseboards and garbage can lids and some surfaces. I messaged the owner right away and he thanked me for informing him, but didn’t offer or come to replace the bulb .So we used the mirror in the dimly lit bathroom during our stay. There are no plug ins available close to the bed without moving furniture. An extension cord by each bedside would be helpful for plugging in cpap machines and phones that can sit on the bedside tables. Mattresses are inexpensive foam mattresses that are new and comfortable. It was disappointing that the effort to change the bulb couldn’t be made. It was a generally comfortable stay.

Your other party was simply redirected to the side door and I don't see anything that is unfriendly about that. Only one parking spot is available as stated in the listing, and repair being carryout by the City is beyond our control.

Lots of amenities near by, not far from Kingsway mall, about a 15 min drive. Great host.
