Downtown Hickory: Sidewalks, Foundation YMCA & near lots of great restaurants and shopping.
Very comfortable home with everything you need for your stay. Room darkening shades and curtains to block light for a great nights sleep. Very good heat and cooling system. Tilt in windows with screens are great in spring and fall with our beautiful weather.
Main level offers: Primary suite with/King bed/Smart TV, 2 additional bedrooms w/Queen beds & Smart TVs. 2 full baths, kitchen w/full size refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, den w/Smart TV, living room & Dining Room seating for 6.
Entrance: main level entrance with sidewalk from driveway, basement door by driveway leads to stairs to main living area.
Basement: private entrance to stairs leading to main area.
Laundry: Washer/dryer in separate area of basement w/folding table & hanging racks.
Parking: driveway for 1-2 cars
Location: between downtown Hickory and the Viewmont Shopping District.
Transportation: Take the sidewalk, call an Uber or drive your car.
Airports: Hickory Regional Airport is very close and Charlotte Douglas International Airport approx 55 miles from downtown Hickory.
