Positive: quiet neighborhood location; easy entry; comfortable love seat and bed; Keurig with tea & coffee (only sweet and low, no regular sugar); small fridge and micro; if unpacking, storage space is decent for the size of the place; plenty of outlets; everything you need is a short drive away; good water power in shower. Needs: end table next to far side of bed; lamp on an end table that can be turned off from in the bed; better air circulation than just fan--picks up cooking smells from main house and holds them (windows can't be opened); more towels (we had one bath and one face towel each for three days); luggage rack for suitcase if not unpacking.

Thank you for your review. I appreciate your suggestions and will work on adding an end table and lamp — great idea, and thank you for recommending it. Regarding the smell, cooking aromas can occasionally be present as meals are prepared, which is unavoidable. However, the listing clearly mentions that the room has central air conditioning, and the windows can be opened for ventilation. Toiletries are provided in the quantities described in the listing. As always, we do our best to accommodate guest requests when they are communicated in advance.
