This condo exceeded our expectations! It has a huge common space and one of the best views of both the gulf and the sound. It was clean & the amenities at Portofino are unmatched. Would definitely book again!

This particular condo is in Tower 1, close to the Gulf, but you have views of the Gulf and the Sound. We had afternoon sun, as the condo faces west. The pool was huge and not very busy during our trip. We at at the restaurant on site. The service was slow (they do take out orders for the entire resort) but the food was good. We really enjoyed the whole resort and the amenities offered, and we would come back again!

This stunning 2-bedroom condo in Pensacola Beach exceeded all of our expectations! The Gulf views were absolutely breathtaking waking up to that sparkling blue water every morning was pure bliss. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location couldn’t be better, close to great restaurants and just steps from the beach. Honestly, I wish we could have stayed longer because it was that amazing! If you’re looking for a relaxing, luxurious beach getaway, this is the place to book. Highly recommended!

Overall the condo was beautiful and we enjoyed the beach access and resort. I emailed the concierge who advised me they would be my contact before and during our stay, regarding check in, and never received a reply. The grill stopped working on day 1. I had to reach out twice to get a response from property management, the issue was never resolved and there was no communication from them after that to have it fixed. It was unfortunate to not be able to use the grill all week.

This property is beautiful. The condo is spacious and very well appointed. It has a full kitchen and very comfortable beds. However, short people may find it a little difficult to climb into the tall bed in the master. The building is directly across the road from the beach and the resort is loaded with activities. We didn’t get a chance to check it all out during our short stay but this is one of those places where you don’t need to leave once you check in. The pool and pool deck were well cared for, clean and inviting. Every employee we encountered in the resort was friendly. The communication with the host was excellent and responses were very timely. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely look to come back here.
