Stop searching! FIRST TIME THIS HOME IS ON VRBO!!!! You cannot find a better location for skiing and hiking as our beautiful home!!! We are LITERALLY across the street from the stagecoach lift for Heavenly Mountain. Walk out of this 3-bedroom 2-bath condo and on to the chairlift. Come back to the condo for lunch instead of overpaying at a lodge. We will warn you....you will never want to stay anywhere else in the future. You are renting directly from the owners and we do everything to make your vacation perfect!
This charming property features:
* 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds and 2 queen beds with nice clean linens and comfy mattresses
* Large deck with chairs to watch the skiers and boarders come down the mountain.
* all towels are provided.
* fully stocked kitchen with all appliances needed to cook the perfect meal!,
* Table and barstools give you enough seating for family dinners.
* Full size washer and dryer.
* Huge TV (with the perfect sofa to lounge on)
* 2 bathrooms offer a shower, bathtub and hair dryer for added convenience.

** Because of the views and location there are alot of stairs up to our unit. Not recommended for anyone needing wheelchair access.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out 10am Hang wet towels and put extra dirty towels on bathroom floors. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start. PLEASE TAKE OUT. Lock the door. Leave the thermostat at 60 in winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Location to the chairlift was amazing! Home was a great size for 2 families and 3 kids! Beds were comfortable and having a laundry in the unit was wonderful!

The convenience of being right next to Stagecoach chairlift can't be beat! We had a group of high-schoolers with us and they could ski (or not) as they wanted. The loft area was great for them to hang out. The dining and living room area was nice for us to all be together at meal times.There are a lot of stairs to go up and down, and if you're coming with more than one car be sure to clarify with the owner how/where you will park the second vehicle. There were a few minor and easily fixed issues with the place (e.g. not enough silverware), but those didn't get in the way of a great week skiing and spending time together!

An amazing stay! I hesitated booking because it seems like a new vacation rental and there were no reviews, but I’m so glad we went! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and the location is unbelievable. We cooked a few meals and was happy to find the kitchen was well stocked with the pots/ pans we needed, it even had a sifter! There was an amazing hiking trail right outside the front door and another great hike 15 min away. The Stagecoach chairlift for Heavenly Mountain is LITERALLY right there. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat as it is close to everything yet you feel tucked away in the mountains.I found some fantastic restaurants close by (The Pink House!) and I’ve already shared this condo with my friends who love to ski. The host was great too. She answered my questions and was very responsive. I found my Tahoe place!
