The house was easy to find and offered a lot of parking. The host was very responsive with any questions/concerns we had. Prime location if you are looking to be close to Broadway but not directly on it.

Amazing stay. Had everything we needed, solid price, and was very welcoming. Had a suggestion for travel bus and we used it about 5 times with no problems. Definitely recommend staying here!

I booked this property for a Bachelorette trip with the intention of it being the perfect size, location and price for weekend in Nashville. When we first arrived, we immediately noticed that the AC in the house was not working properly. When we notified the host, there was no urgency to come resolve the issue. It was the middle of August and 100 degrees outside. Not only that but the house was not clean. We noticed leftover bobby pins, debris and decorations from the guest before us that had not been swept or cleaned in between stays. Later in the night, we noticed large amount of bugs and what we think were cockroaches in the lowest level and kitchen. It took over 24 hours for the host to respond and send someone out to look at the AC and they made little effort to send someone to inspect the house or help with the cockroaches. The house worked for what we needed, but the cleanliness lacked significantly. After our stay, the host was receptive to feedback and was able to make a partial refund to help with the inconveniences. I would recommend choosing a different property for your trip to Nashville.

We had an incredible experience staying at this beautiful townhouse! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculately clean and spacious the home was. Every room was thoughtfully arranged.The townhouse met all of our needs—whether it was relaxing in the comfortable living area, or getting a great night's sleep in the cozy bedrooms. It was clear that the hosts put a lot of care into making sure guests have everything they need.One of the best parts was the location. It was just minutes away from all the places we wanted to visit—Broadway, The Gulch, restaurants, and live music venues. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to explore Nashville!We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.
