Our home can comfortably host up to 9 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Located in the desirable Grand Park area, this property is perfect for a large family or two families vacationing together. The owners have meticulously attended to every detail to ensure your stay is enjoyable, offering amenities such as a foosball table, Smart/Roku TVs, games, an iron and ironing board, and during the winter months, you can utilize the children’s sleds and snowshoes. After a day filled with outdoor activities, return to unwind in the spacious living room, which boasts large windows and vaulted ceilings. It features a gas fireplace and a 65" flat-screen television, along with mountain views and a ceiling fan. Spend your leisure time enjoying the various games, toys, and books available in this residence. This room provides easy access to the private patio, where you can enjoy a secluded outdoor hot tub, seating areas, a BBQ grill, and a firepit. This inviting area leads to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that showcases quartz countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, and ample dining space at the main table, along with additional seating options at the large kitchen island. Next to the kitchen, there is a half bathroom and a laundry room, which offers hallway access to the garage and a storage area for your jackets, coats, or small outdoor equipment. The primary bedroom on the main floor presents a practical option for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. It is furnished with a King bed and features an adjoining ensuite bathroom that includes a double vanity and a walk-in tiled shower. The upstairs loft area is expansive and includes a comfortable sitting space with a sofa sleeper, a flat-screen television, and a foosball table. The two bedrooms consist of one with a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the other contains two sets of bunk beds (four twin beds) and grants access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. This unit comes with complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and Smart TVs that exclusively offer streaming services; cable television is not available. However, the Xfinity streaming app allows access to local and additional channels. Furthermore, hair dryers, an iron, and an ironing board are provided. Unfortunately, air conditioning is not available. Guests can utilize a heated two-car garage for storing equipment and keeping boots warm during winter, with additional space for gear in the summer months. Sporting equipment is also available for guests, and parking is permitted for up to four vehicles—two in the garage and two in the driveway. The Grand Park area offers easy access to hiking and cross-country skiing paths, a pool and fitness facility at the Grand Park Recreation Center, transportation to the Winter Park Ski Resort and town, tubing and snowmobiling at the Colorado Adventure Park as well as shopping at Safeway supermarket and dining at various restaurants and pubs in Fraser and Winter Park. Alder Brook Trail is a charming fun cul-de-sac lined with single-family residences where both residents and tourists can be found mingling. Guests are not allowed to smoke or have pets on the property due to homeowner rules. We have stayed many places in the Winter Park area including in the same neighborhood, but this is by far the best place we have stayed! The home is beautiful and the location is perfect with great views. The house has so many special touches to make the stay enjoyable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all of our meals there. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

The house was everything we expected and more. Very new, VERY clean, and plenty of nice touches like plentiful fluffy towels, coffee supplies, etc. The location was just great for us with very close by ski rental (ski broker), grocery, and restaurants and of course Winter Park Resort. What a great stay! Hosts were amazing. Left us a gift basket of goodies. House was wonderful. Took advantage of the large patio and hot tub. Used the grill for steaks. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The kids had a blast sliding down the hill in the back of the house

The home is in a quiet neighborhood. New construction. Well stocked kitchen with great appliances. Beautiful Mountain View’s. Relaxing hot tub. Plenty of board games not to mention foosball and Pac-Man for the kids ( for me also). Perfect getaway for two families with kiddos.
Awesome tubing hill super close to the house. We all became kids going down the hill. This home was exactly what we needed. Property owner answered all questions promptly and even went out of her way to drop off an item we forgot. Great weekend. We didn’t want to leave.
