Great place to stay while we were visiting family in Matthews. The description of the property was spot on. Very comfortable beds, great eclectic vibe, and plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Charlotte

Wonderful location, the property looked just like the pictures. Nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, perfect for our family get-together in Charlotte. Communication was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Booking was for 5 and they had around 10 at the property most times. They took the blankets outside and everything had leaves on it. The floor and bathrooms were left a mess with a ton of hair in one of the sinks from shaving and not cleaning up after.

Loved this place! So unique. The location was wonderful. We only stayed one night but the house was very private, in a very safe area, and conveniently located to many restaurants. It was perfect for what we needed. It provided a good amount of space for myself, my husband, and our teenager.

Pure tranquility!

Quick trip

Our stay was great. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. We didn’t explore the kitchen so cannot comment on it. The outside looks a little rough upon arrival but inside was as described.

Excellent space, very quiet and secluded but close to all amenities. We felt “at home” from the moment we opened the door. Amir was SO helpful making sure our check in was seamless. We wanted to stay “home” each day when we left to accomplish the purpose of our visit and it was so nice to come back to each day. Did yoga on patio and relaxed in sun. Beds were tooooo comfortable and washer/dryer and sinks/showers were great. Kitchen was well equipped and great, we would have eaten in every day if we weren’t scheduled to meet people out.

Enjoyed the stay

The three of us (all in upper 60s) enjoyed our stay very much. Charming house. My sister cooked a couple of dinners and the kitchen served our needs just fine (except there was an issue with the dishwasher.). Weather was pleasant and we spent most of our time on the porch. The inside family room was comfortable too. As were the bedrooms. Host was quick to respond and very nice to communicate with. We will definitely try to stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Bohopad

This is a fun, funky "cabin in the woods", complete with cute bunnies and chipmunks in the yard. If you're looking for a Marriott, this isn't for you, but it does have all the appliances and amenities you'll ever need, along with two bedrooms, two full baths, comfortable living room with a big TV, and a fully furnished kitchen. The host is very helpful and easy to reach. Highly recommended for anyone who prefers places a little out of the ordinary.

Hidden Gem

We rented the Bohopad somewhat last minute as a place to stay while we were in town for our 17 year olds lacrosse tournament. It is a hidden gem for sure! The pictures don’t do it justice. When you pull into the driveway it’s like you are entering your own personal secret garden. Check in instructions were perfect. The cleanliness and comfort were exceptional but one of my favorite parts was the sweet aroma in the back yard wafting through the air from the beautiful plant life. The birds were singing loudly and bees were buzzing as they went from flower to flower. It almost felt as if we had entered a secret magical fairy land. It rained during our first night there and the sound of the rain on the tin roof was soothing almost seeming as if a sweet melody was being played to lull us to sleep. I cannot say enough about the Bohopad. Five stars all around. Great place; great host!!! We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing!

We loved every moment we were there! We had 3 adults and two children under 7 y.o. The home is secluded off the main road, very accessible and private. The kids loved the pull out to watch Netflix on. The upgrades are beautiful and the home gives you a different atmosphere, you don’t even realize your in North Carolina. My husband and I loved the master bathroom; from the tile to the romantic feel as if we were on our own vacation. We will be rebooking even if we don’t have the children next time. We came to a family wedding so the revisiting is a high possibility. The house seems so tiny and you walk it and it’s completelt open giving it so much space to spread out. Laundry available WiFi Available. Anything and everything you could need besides food for an extended stay. Just head to Walmart 5 miles down the road and your set. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

Perfect place for a florist

Had a wedding event and this property was perfect to set up all the flower arrangements. The only thing that was uncomfortable was that the windows of the bathroom had no tinting. Overall, the experience was good. Would have loved to have been able to be at the house more. Only was there to sleep and prepare the flowers.

we loose a start for the window after allowing you to have up to 9 people at the house for doing your arraignments when your booking was for 4. Would NOT host again! be warned they say one thing and do another.
