House on Canal

This was a positive rental, but home needs a lot of work on the exterior, garage door and lack of opener. Some plumbing issues, and no doorbell at entrance. We did not see that the pool did not have a heater in the amenities.

Waterfront

Large home with big lanai and nice view of neighbors’ boats on the canal. Close to Charlotte Bay and Punta Gorda.
