Billiard Room with Theatre Seating. The villa is older so we have the best rates on the beach for a 7 bedroom villa next to the beach! Linens & Bath Towels Etc. included in Cleaning fee. This not a 5 Star resort, but great location & size. 6 parking spots

Property exactly as described - older and not a 5 star property. The location was great, directly across from the beach and close to main road with lots of restaurants and shops. The property was large enough to accommodate all 17 of us easily, along with our 4 cars. Note that the property provides bare minimum, so shampoo, hand soap, pillows and hairdryers should be brought from home. Very good price for the location and size. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Let me say this first. The details tell you this is not a 5-star. There were leaks, broken doorknobs, toilets running constantly, and one bathroom that just didn't work period. It could use some upgrades. The weather was bad, but that wasn't in their control. We were more disappointed in that than the minor inconveniences of the above mentioned. With all that being said, it did not stop us from enjoying the home. There was plenty of space to gather as a family or if you wanted to be alone. The host was very attentive and responded whenever reached out to. The house was steps away from the beach and close to many locations, whether grocery stores, restaurants, or attractions. I definitely have this location saved for future trips.
