Recently remodeled getaway in Davey Hollow Cove at mile marker 11.6! This 3 bed, 1.5 bath duplex can sleep up to 8 guests in Sunrise Beach, MO. You can enjoy your days relaxing on the dock, fishing, swimming on a deep NO WAKE cove or boating on the Lake of the Ozarks. You’re minutes away from many on lake establishments. This property has a private dock that may be shared with the other units on the property. This complex can potentially sleep 25 guests, please contact owners for booking availability in advance. Plenty of private parking for vehicles and trailers. There is a slide and swimming platform on the dock. There is also a kayak and paddle boat available free of charge with this property. Please contact owners if you are needing a slip for your boat. Sunrise Beach has many restaurants nearby on land and Osage Beach shopping is just a short drive away. You’ll be minutes away from Porta Cima for an afternoon of lakeside golfing.

My 2 kids and I had a wonderful time for a last summer weekend get away! The dock was excellent for swimming and fishing. We caught a LOT of fish. The house is deep in a large cove so the water was super calm and chill. Probably the best place for swimming we have ever rented at. The house was a perfect fit for our sleeping time. We were able to log on to our Netflix and watch movies at night. Perfect way to end our summer before the school time madness begins!

A good duplex for a quick weekend to the lake. We enjoyed having access to many things on the dock and a grill to cook with. The paddle boat and aquamat were definitely highlights of the trip. A kayak is advertised in the listing but we could not find one on the property. The cleanliness of the house needs some improvement: the carpets and couches are stained, which is not seen in the property photos. The exterior of the property is also pretty dirty and a broken window is seen right by the front door. The back sliding door does not lock but has a pole to stick in it. There is a 35 additional charge if excessive bugs are let into the house, which is also not advertised on the property listing. Minimal towels. However, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances, and it was a perfect layout for cooking and serving meals together.

Great place to stay!

The property was very clean and was just as the listing stated it was. This was a perfect place for big or small groups of people to stay. I will definitely rent this place again!

Great location!

My friends and I had an amazing time here! Check-in process was very straightforward. The dock was awesome and came with a kayak, paddle boat, slide, and a sitting area to hang out. The only downside was the amount of bugs around, but it is to be expected when the house is surrounded by trees.

We didnt plan to spend alof of time indoors since we came to enjoy the lake! AC worked great and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. Host was helpful and nice. Nice calm water cove.

Sunrise Beach

This place was honestly better than the pictures! I loved how spacious everything was and how it fit all 6 of us girls comfortably. I would say the only thing I would ask is clearer directions on where to park and make sure there was enough soap in the bathrooms. Otherwise, I would absolutely come back again!

Our Stay

This was the perfect house for our annual lake trip. Plenty of room for our group and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. Even though it was a busy weekend on the lake, there was plenty of parking space. The house is located in the back of a cove, and although the water was a little muggy, it was very peaceful and quiet. We had a bad experience with bugs flying in out of the house at night, but that is our only complaint! We had a great time and the host communicated instructions with us in a timely manner.

Lake stay August 23-25

No soap, we had 6 girls not enough towels, it was very bare the couch downstairs you sat on and could feel the springs in it, very uncomfortable. The window was broken when we pulled up it did not look like the best location. Would not stay here again :(

Not family friendly

This property was okay. It allowed us to come stay at the lake to visit some family that came from out of town. We weren't staying at the house except to sleep since we had family with a lake house nearby, so it served its purpose. The beds were comfortable and bedding clean. The bathroom floor mats and towels were not good, and the shower didn't drain well so that was gross. While it looks like they tried to put in some updates with some carpeting in the hallway and downstairs the bedroom carpet has not been replaced and needs to be. The couch looks like they might have got it at a goodwill with stain spots on it and looks very old. We found a blanket in the closet to lay over it so we could sit down comfortably. The stairs that go down to the living space and kitchen are very steep so if you are traveling with grandparents I would definitely pass on this one. The cove is very calm and nice to paddleboard on, but it's a shared doc.

Ozarks Getaway

Quiet Cove with access to Kayaks. Not a lot of amenities so bring your own Skillet and Scissors. Wi-fi and TV service is very spotty. Fun time for a few days if you plan on spending most of it in the lake.

This property has lots of outside room to hang out , the dock was very spacious and the water was calm and great to swim in !! The only thing I didn't like was the slide , it needs to be removed not safe .. overall this place was perfect had a great time I would definitely go back !!

Quick Lake Trip

We loved the dock, the quiet cove and the family we met in the other condo! This is an older condo, so if you are use to interior bells and whistles, you may not be happy. But if you plan on spending most of your time using the dock and being out on the lake, then you will enjoy.

Old friends getting together

Me and my two girlfriends got together both from different states haven't seen each other in about a year we had a wonderful time had a paddle boat and rode around on the lake it was so peaceful in that Cove my grandkids come down one day and very much enjoyed the slide off of the dock and the bouncy to they got to play on WE barbecued it was a wonderful stay

Everything about this stay was wonderful! The dock access plus the rafts were amazing. Everything was close by and the hosts were helpful as far as helping us find a boat rental.
