This newly updated single-family home sits on a peaceful residential street and features bold designer touches, calming natural tones and modern amenities. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for you stay.

For your security, a Ring Floodlight camera and Ring Doorbell are installed at the front of the house and one Ring Camera installed in the backyard to maintain guest safety and security of the property (no cameras inside the property).

HOUSE RULES:
- Parties/Events: To maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties or events are not permitted. The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500.

- Quiet Hours: Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time. Noise complaints could lead to cancellation and eviction.

- Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 14 guests. The number of people on the property must not exceed the confirmed guests on your reservation. This policy is in place for your safety and insurance purposes. Any people more than this, will be charged $65 per any extra guest per night past 14, AND any undeclared guest in the reservation. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave.

- Parking: Kindly park only in designated areas. Please note that management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or penalties incurred while vehicles are on the premises.

- Smoking: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any violations will result in a $500 charge.

- Late check-out: A charge of $50 per hour will apply for any late check-outs that were not approved in advance.

- Damages: Any damages to the property will be charged to the guest.

SECURITY
If we have to dispatch security for any reason to your rental, there will be a $200 charge that will be charged to the guest. If security is dispatched multiple times then this will be grounds to terminate your reservation along with an additional $100 per time security has to be dispatched after the initial $200 fee.

CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $300, there will be a $20 fee for unclean dishes.

Trash: Please place all trash in trash bags, seal them, and dispose them properly.

- Pets: We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with prior approval and an added pet fee:

$176/pet/stay for STR
$40/night/pet for MTR

If you're bringing a pet, please remember to clean up after them. While we love pets, we recommend taking them with you on outings—there are many dog-friendly activities to explore. If you need to leave them alone, please ensure they are crated for their safety and comfort.
To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that pets refrain from sleeping on the beds or couches, especially considering future guests who may have allergies. There will be an additional pet cleaning fee of $325 if the home requires extra attention due to excess cleaning and/or damage.

- No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property.
- No parties are permitted on the property.
- Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied. Please check our House Rules to see the additional fees.

Please note the following:

Slippery Conditions: Snow and ice can make the ground, steps, and walkways slippery. Use handrails where available, wear appropriate footwear, and proceed with care to avoid slips or falls.

Falling Icicles: Icicles may form on the roof during freezing weather and can pose a hazard. Be mindful of your surroundings when entering or exiting the property, particularly near the roof edges.

Bugs: We’re in the South, so bugs are a part of life! Our home is regularly treated by a professional pest control service, but please understand that occasional critters may still show up.
