Escape to our 1-bed, 1-bath retreat in a 9-cottage oasis on quiet Cyprus Ave. Surrounded by swaying palms and two heated pools, you’re just a 2-minute stroll to Clearwater Beach. Inside, enjoy a bright open layout with a comfy living area, flat-screen TV, dining nook, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and turquoise accents. The cozy bedroom features fresh décor and plush bedding, creating a spotless, inviting getaway close to shops and dining.

We provide all bedding, bath towels, and beach towels for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals, including cookware, servingware, microwave, coffee maker with filters, toaster, blender, electric kettle, and salt & pepper.
Each unit includes wireless internet, an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. To get you started, we supply paper goods (paper towels, garbage bags, and a few rolls of toilet paper). Guests are responsible for replenishing these items during their stay. Dish soap and hand soap are provided.
For your convenience, there are complimentary washers and dryers on-site

We really enjoyed our stay here, very walkable location. The unit was exactly as pictured. Lots of good food spots nearby and the beach was very close as well! I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautifully updated unit with a little oasis in the back. The pool was nicely heated, and the rental property is located very close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Minimal communication from property manager but we managed just fine :)

The unit was great! Plenty of space. Efficiencies like this don't usually have enough space for a full-size sofa, so the extra comfy seating was a bonus. Everything was as described and pictured. The unit had everything we needed. Thankful for the central heat, because it was unusually cold in Florida during our stay.

The unit was as described and re-done very nicely. Its proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shops make it an easy walk around the north end of Clearwater Beach. We're already going back in the future.

Location was great. Walkable to the beach where there are umbrellas and chairs to rent. There are several great restaurants to choose from. The room was nice. Parking is directly in front of the cottages. The pool area was in the back with several places to sit. The kitchen has enough utensils and cookware for basic cooking- we made eggs and toast on the morning. The bathroom is big and has shelves in the bathroom to hold stuff and keep it off the floor and sink. Washer and dryer did not work and there are minimal outlets in the cottage. We would stay here again but just remember that doing laundry may not happen and we should minimize what needs outlets.

We stayed at pineapple point for a week in May and for a small group/ couple trip I would definitely recommend!! The space is clean inside and outside, it comes with everything you need to grill, cook and wash clothes the essentials. The location is perfect as well 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants/ attractions everywhere. James was an amazing host, he answered all my questions and accommodated an early check in due to our landing time. Would definitely book again!
