Walking into the great room and seeing the gulf through the amazing wall of windows is a wow factor of 10! Viewing the home from the beach is also a wow factor of 10. We enjoyed a week here at It's a Shore Thing and was not disappointed by the views. The days were cool and we knew that prior to arriving so having the option to have that first cup of coffee inside or outside with the same great view was perfect. A couple of call outs that I was impressed with were the master bath and the Adirondack chairs on the deck. The master bath is designed like a luxury resort bathroom. The tall Adirondack deck chairs were perfect for sitting outside and seeing over the railings. Another nice touch was all the starter amenities were top quality and enough for us to get through the week. The rating f good is due to the same call out in recent reviews. The outside deck needs attention, maintenance and a fresh coat of paint. While this did not diminish the lovely time we had staying at this property, it was noticeable and should be addressed. The house is older than the Vrbo pictures as there is a home built on both sides of the property now. The community is gated and the homes are kept up and yards manicured throughout. It was a great stay.
