Cautions:
* The cabin is about 20 minutes up a dirt/gravel road. There are approximately 4 hills that are fairly steep and a handful of blind turns. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended in the winter months. If there is more than about 2" of snow on the ground, we recommend snow chains on your tires.

About the host

Host profile image
As a native of Northern Virginia, I grew up camping all around the forests surrounding Shenandoah Valley. To provide a weekend escape from life inside the beltway, I bought this charming cabin in 2013, and have spent the last few years lovingly renovating it from its original mid-1980's decor, complete with wood paneling, shag carpet and linoleum flooring. And now I'm ready to share it with you. I hope you enjoy watching the woods wake up as you drink your morning coffee and relaxing in the hot tub after a hike or a trip to a nearby winery.

What makes this property unique

Come visit the Valley and enjoy the beautiful hiking trails, explore local wineries, and discover cute shops in town. Start your mornings with a peaceful coffee on the deck and unwind in the evenings swapping stories around the firepit or enjoying a soak in the hot tub. It’s the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the natural beauty of this wonderful area.
