Great house, clean, new, and very well stocked with kitchen implements and games for the kids. Note that there are no beach towels, so bring your own. At check-in time, there were several people still going in and around the house, cleaning and working on the hot tub. Communication with the host was easy and smooth whenever we had questions or issues.
