Stack washer and dryer in closet in unit. The cozy living room sports a comfortable couch with chaise lounge, large ottoman and a 50” Firestick Smart TV. Central AC & heat. This welcoming unit also offers access to a club house, rooftop BBQ area, fitness room, pool and jacuzzi, ensuring you can stay active during your visit. It also has a small more private jacuzzi just steps outside the back patio door. This neighborhood has easy access to shopping, dining, and recreational activities with only 10-15 minute drive to Carlsbad State Beach, Legoland, La Costa Resort and Spa, golf courses including Aviara Golf Course, K-1 Speed, Carlsbad Premier Outlets, Carlsbad Flower Fields, Museum of Making Music, Batiquitos Lagoon and many hiking trails including Aviara Trails. Experience excellent hospitality and make yourself at home in this lovely condo. Please note that even though this is a single level condo you must go down about 15 steps to access the unit from the carport or you may park on the street for same level access.
