Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please check out by 10:00 am
Return front door key/pool key on Lanyard to kitchen counter
Make sure front door lockbox key is secured in lockbox and numbers are scrambled
Remove personal items from outdoor ski closet
Set all thermostats to 50 degrees
Leave all used beds unmade and towels in bath rooms
Turn off all lights in unit
Place all dishes in dishwasher and start it
Close and lock all doors and windows
Empty refrigerator of all food and condiments
Verify oven burners are off
Empty trash in nearest complex dumpster
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
