Pool heating is $60/day and need minimum of 72 hours notice.
No lifeguard on duty, please never leave children unattended.
No smoking or vaping inside or outside areas of the house.
No glass containers in or around the pool or the hot tub.
No parties of any kind. No unregistered guests. There will be a fee if any of these rules are broken.
Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Please respect this for the neighborhood.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
