Guests will have full and private access to the entire 2-bedroom house, including all interior spaces and the enclosed outdoor patio.

There is 1 space available in the driveway behind a rolling gate and also free street parking available in front of the house.
Note: Please be sure to keep all cars parked in designated street parking spots and oblige by neighborhood rules in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles.

Parties are strictly prohibited at this property. The property is located in a serene, historic neighborhood with strict noise ordinances in place. The management company will take action immediately against any violations.

FAMILY & PETS:
We are family friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Pets are welcome.
EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $100/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.
VENDORS:
Please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain our home and yard. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Landscaping and gardening service is on Fridays or on an as-needed basis based on weather demands.
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS!
We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
RESPECT:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss and/or additional charges. Sink into the sounds of the canyon solitude, peaceful nights, and starry stars...
CHERISH:
Some of the things visitors to Los Angeles cherish the most are the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.
CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!
WILDLIFE:
While Los Angeles is a city, we do still have an array of wildlife amongst us. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children. City critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat. Maltman Manor is situated on Bellevue Park - an active, highly-utilized city park and recreation center. Joggers, dog walkers, and basketball players enjoy the facilities every weekday from early morning until the park's closing around 10pm. Weekend mornings are much quieter until things pick up in the afternoon for birthday parties and fiestas. There is also a preschool abutting the property. Young children may be heard in the play yard after 9:30am on weekdays, and their other recess times throughout the day. At night, the park is closed and locked by Park Rangers, and the only park inhabitants are typically coyotes and other wildlife on their nightly rounds.
FIRE ZONE:
Our home is located in a moderate Fire Hazard Severity Zone
(VHFHSZ), smoking is not permitted in any exterior of the property.
NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
BACKYARD FENCING:
Our property does not have a backyard, but there is an enclosed outdoor patio, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. City critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat.
EV CHARGER:
There is not an EV charger at the home, however, there is a public EV charger conveniently located an 8 minute drive away at 5720 2nd Ave. There are also multiple public EV charging stations around town, which allows charging for up to 2 hours per day.
