Liz is a great host! The property was very clean, and looked just as advertised. Very quiet neighborhood and very close to the airport without the noise of planes going overhead. Close to the 405 so you can get to anywhere you want in LA. Will definitely book this place again!

The house is clean, quiet, and spacious. Host also communicated in a timely manner. There’s one parking spot in the driveway, and the street isn’t packed with cars, so likely easy to park there, too.No short walking distance food, but a Wendy’s is maybe a 3-minute drive away, as is a main street with gas, etc. It’s the quiet and being away from the bustle that you’re getting! The AC and ceiling fans worked well, and the TV and couch set-up under an awning outdoors was a unique touch. The host furnished shampoo and liquid soap in the showers, as well as hand soap pumps at sinks. There is coffee making gear (a French press, primarily), coffee beans and a grinder.Check out was easy - just put used towels in a pile, strip beds, take out the garbage, and lock the door. (We washed our dishes, too, as the dishwasher was broken in our mid-May 2026 stay, so check with host in advance on if it’s working. We got paper ware at a grocery store so as not to have a ton of dishes to deal with on vacation.)The house was nice, decently maintained, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Overall, a relaxing stay!

Why they chose this property

We chose Westchester because it provides the perfect mix of a quiet, safe residential neighborhood with unbeatable central access to the best of LA.

What we love most about it:

1.) Proximity to Beaches: We love being just a quick 5- to 10-minute drive from the coastal breeze and soft sands of Playa Del Rey Beach and Dockweiler Beach.

2.) Prime Convenience: Whether catching a flight at LAX, heading to a concert or game at SoFi Stadium, or exploring Silicon Beach and Culver City, the central location makes getting around LA seamless and hassle-free.

3.) Neighborhood Vibe: A peaceful, tree-lined street at 5461 W 77th St to relax in after a day exploring the city.

What makes this property unique

1.) Private & Secure Yard: A completely private, fully fenced backyard featuring a patio and outdoor furniture, giving you a quiet outdoor space to relax and unwind.

2.) Prime Central Access: Effortless access to major attractions like SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, and LAX Airport without the noise or bustle of main city traffic.

3.) Best of City & Coast: Nestled in a safe, quiet residential pocket of Westchester while remaining under 10 minutes away from relaxed coastal spots like Playa Del Rey Beach.

4.) Home Away From Home Amenities: Fully setup for seamless stays with central heating, a complete kitchen, and dedicated desk space
