This was a great spot for my dog and I! The yard is shared, but we were thankful we had it all to ourselves this week. The bed is comfy and having laundry in unit was perfect for us as we packed light. Chelita is very responsive! Super helpful with our late arrival and she let us cover the the few gaps in the fence ourselves (moved some boards and trash cans so my guy wouldn't get curious outside the yard). Very nice neighbors! Jacksonville was a delightful Christmas destination. We loved walking to Stinson park and through the Ortega neighborhood. Would definitely return!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Within hours of check in the AC broke. It was high 80s outside and we had our two dogs with us which is so unsafe to not have AC. After one night we left because it was so hot inside. Not to mention the building literally has cement floors, smells horrible and had bugs in the shower and sink.

Guest violated property rules by having 2 dogs in the property without approval from host. She had unauthorized electronic devices which cause the electrical panel to trip. Guest refused to allow access to the property for service because her dogs were left unattended. Guest demanded a refund and threatened to leave bad review if host didn’t comply. Future host beware of her behaviors. I’ve went above and beyond to accommodate this guest, even allowed her early access to the property 5 hours before check in time and waived all fees.
