No glass by the pool. We have provided non glass items for use by the pool. Must be water safe or have proper floation devices when by pool
NO OUTDOOR SHOES INSIDE. Cooking indoors use the stovetop fan and or open windows to air out while cooking to not allow smell linger throughout house

We were out visiting our son and the house was great. Pictures showed it perfect and the location and neighborhood were wonderful. Very cozy atmosphere and charm to the house. Back yard was a great bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed in LaVerne’s home for just over two months while in the area for work. It was the perfect space for me and the second bedroom allowed the perfect space for guests. The space was extremely clean and well kept. Parking was easy. LaVerne was very responsive if I had any questions. I felt very safe in the home and the area had a ton to offer. I highly recommend it!
