The main living area includes a comfortable sofa, two recliners, and a smart TV, offering a great space to unwind after a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The dining table seats six, making it easy to gather for meals or a game night.

Upstairs, Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, a twin bed, an en-suite bathroom, a TV, and an optional desk with an office chair for remote work or travel planning. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. The second upstairs bathroom has a full tub, and there’s a washer and dryer conveniently located in the downstairs half bath.

Step outside to a private patio with two lounge chairs, two cushioned chairs, and an umbrella—a great spot to enjoy the breeze or a quiet morning coffee.

You’ll be just a 2-minute walk to the community pool and a 4-minute walk to Carlin Park, which features a walking trail loop, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. The beach is only a 12-minute walk away, giving you easy access to sun, sand, and sea. One dedicated parking spot is included.

I love our neighborhood. We're a two minute walk from the community pool, 4 minute walk from Carlin park, and 12 minute walk to the beach. Waking up early and walking to the beach is the best! We love shelling and watching the waves.
