Just remodeled! This is the best unit in Jade East. 3 bedroom/3 Bath. Master bedroom with King with Jacuzzi tub and huge walk-in shower, Second bedroom with Queen and Third with Two Double beds. Each room has its own private bathroom. Washer and dryer located in back bathroom for your convenience. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a stand alone icemaker and a wet bar to include a wine cooler. Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player! High speed internet is provided. A balcony is accessible both from the den and master bedroom with breathtaking views. Unit includes fitness room, tennis court, hot tub, and seasonal heated pool with waterfall. The entrance to Jade East and beach access to the condo are both gated and code secured. On-site outdoor grill and dressing areas/restrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. This unit has a designated parking place so you never have to worry about finding a spot to park. Additional undesignated spots are available for additional cars. Jade East offers three high speed elevators and luggage carts to assist in the ease of your arrival and departure.

Dolphins for Breakfast

This is a spectacular, spacious, and beautifully decorated unit boasting of dolphins playing in the surf each morning. It has all the comforts of home and convenient to the most popular restaurants and shopping. The heated pool and hot tub were great for the kids and only steps from the beach.

Beautiful View

Overall, the condo was clean even though there was some mess under one bedroom chairs. The washer/dryer was difficult to use due to set up (swap them or put in a top loading washer). The water in the showers was a little slow to heat up. The views were terrific. Access to the pool and beach were great. Stacey (host) was great and very responsive - 4.5 overall rating.

The property was everything we could ask for! Plenty of room, beautiful view, great location (terrible traffic everywhere). Our condo had a lot of extra amenities. The host was good to communicate with us.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was our first time to Destin. The condo was clean and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and the views from the condo. Communication with the host was great, as well, and we will be back in the future! I would highly recommend this property!

We loved this property. Great location, close to everything. Also, the condo location in the building is great. Wonderful view of the beach. My family was very comfortable in the condo. The layout allows for privacy. We will definitely be back.

We always look forward to our trip to this condo and always this condo does NOT disappoint!! Great communication prior to our stay in regards to food suggestions and how to rent umbrellas and chairs. Plenty of space in condo and great views from the 4th floor balcony. We look forward to next year already!

Wonderful!!

You can’t beat this condo! The views are AMAZING and so is the location. Very spacious condo which was nice since we had 3 adults and 2 babes- we didn’t feel like we were crowded at all. The property manager, Stacey, was so easy to get in touch with. Super quick response and extremely personable! We will be back next summer!

Nice condo the only suggestion would be some frying pans and a better can opener.

I would definitely stay here again, close to lots to do...only issue is it can be difficult to get out on the street as it is not at a light but we managed with going right instead of trying to cross over and just doing a u turn.

Great location, beautiful view

Location, location, location! This condo has a beautiful view, on 4th floor. Beds comfortable. Not many nice pans or utensils for cooking. Very basic. Our room at the front of condo was very warm. Not sure if there is an air circulation problem in unit. All other rooms comfortable. Just enough towels. Needed to buy toilet paper. TV had major internet connection problems in living room. Access to beach is amazing. Pool was wonderful. Close to shopping and dining. There are better condos to stay at in Jade East but this was ok too. Overall a nice time.
