Just remodeled! This is the best unit in Jade East. 3 bedroom/3 Bath. Master bedroom with King with Jacuzzi tub and huge walk-in shower, Second bedroom with Queen and Third with Two Double beds. Each room has its own private bathroom. Washer and dryer located in back bathroom for your convenience. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a stand alone icemaker and a wet bar to include a wine cooler. Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player! High speed internet is provided. A balcony is accessible both from the den and master bedroom with breathtaking views. Unit includes fitness room, tennis court, hot tub, and seasonal heated pool with waterfall. The entrance to Jade East and beach access to the condo are both gated and code secured. On-site outdoor grill and dressing areas/restrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. This unit has a designated parking place so you never have to worry about finding a spot to park. Additional undesignated spots are available for additional cars. Jade East offers three high speed elevators and luggage carts to assist in the ease of your arrival and departure.

Beautiful property and view is amazing. My only change would be to provide a starter pack that includes coffee, bathroom amenities, toilet paper and paper towels. Host was great to provide when I asked about it.

This was the perfect property for our needs. Our family comfortably fit, we cooked and enjoyed the clean amenities. The fun pool and beautiful beachfront was everything and more. Not too crowded which made it a relaxing getaway.

Fun family getaway

We loved this property. Great location, close to everything. Also, the condo location in the building is great. Wonderful view of the beach. My family was very comfortable in the condo. The layout allows for privacy. We will definitely be back.

Dolphins for Breakfast

This is a spectacular, spacious, and beautifully decorated unit boasting of dolphins playing in the surf each morning. It has all the comforts of home and convenient to the most popular restaurants and shopping. The heated pool and hot tub were great for the kids and only steps from the beach.
