For a day of family fun, the Massanutten Water Park is just a 28-minute drive away.

As a traveler, you'll love the cozy fireplace and gorgeous surroundings. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, allows you to prepare delicious meals, while the dining table and dishes & utensils provide the perfect setting for sharing meals with loved ones.

Unwind in the comfortable living room, or step outside and enjoy the stunning water views from the balcony. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Clean dirty dishes/pots/pans/utensils and wipe down the kitchen counter and table. Refill ice trays and return to the freezer.
Ensure all water faucets and appliances are turned off. Turn off and unplug the Electric Fireplace. Ensure the propane gas tank for the gas grill is off.
Used bed linens should be placed in a pile on the bedroom floor. Any supplied used bath towels should be placed in a pile on the bathroom floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not use, enter, or exit other property other than River Nest.
