Riverfront Cottage Rental is located on the South Fork of the Shenandoah River. Our newly remodeled cottage is conveniently located in the middle of several popular attractions which are: Luray Caverns, Skyline Caverns, Luray Caverns Country Club, Cooter’s Place, Luray Zoo, Endless Caverns, Shenvalee Golf Resort and the New Market Battlefield.
Enjoy the best of both worlds at our newly remodeled cottage with great river and mountain views and awesome amenities. From the moment you step inside you will be delighted with the layout, great views and attention to detail. The living room offers a large flat screen TV, fireplace plus river views from every window. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen for all your meals. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a wall mounted TV and a nice relaxing view of the river!! The second bedroom has a queen size bed with another wall mounted flat screen TV. The cottage offers a full bath with shower. The screened patio offers comfortable seating and river views. Outside there are two fire pits located on each side of the cottage with plenty of seating including a hammock to enjoy the evening sunset!! The amenities coupled with the beautiful interior are sure to please and will become a place you will want to return to year after year.
The Shenandoah River is great for boating and fishing for catfish, trout, bass and perch just to name a few. With easy access to the river it makes the area in general perfect for nature lovers, hikers and simply ideal for families looking to experience and create cottage memories in these quiet, relaxing and natural surroundings.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please bag up trash and put in trash can outside, no loose trash please!!!
Make sure if pet was allowed and paid for , please cleanup after your pet and don’t let on furniture unless you brought blanket for them to lay on!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please make sure all wet clothes, water equipment, etc. are left outside and not in the cottage.

This is a cute little house on the river! Great access for fly fishing. As noted, no wifi so great for disconnecting. Great fire pits. We had a wonderful time. The screen porch looking over the river is a wonderful place!!!

The cottage was a good size and comfortable for me and my wife and two dogs. The water is very close and accessible and was clear as a mountain stream while we were there.Only addition could be a better entertainment system with WIFI.

Amazing little cottage by the river. So much wildlife and nature to explore. The screened in porch is the best and a huge advantage to this property. A bug free area to watch all the birds, boats, and river. Our pup really enjoyed the river and the pet friendly cottage. We saw lots of Great Heron, an Osprey, a Kingfisher, and lots of other smaller birds.

I am so happy I found this cozy river cabin to get-a-way with my boyfriend for his birthday. I can't express enough in words how needed this trip was. We have had the most chaotic summer and sitting out on the couch, drinking coffee and listening to the river took all of that chaos away, for a short while. Grateful. The cabin was sweet, cozy, and inviting.
