There is a 400 acre preserve owned by our property owners association that can be used for hiking and such less than 5 miles from this property on a gravel road.

The pictures doesn't do our property justice. Don't settle for just river access with strangers, Come here and enjoy your private River Lot. This property is very well maintained. We go the extra mile cleaning in between guests. We offer several little things you will need and we pay attention to detail. Some examples are, Firewood, Fire Starter, propane for the grill, etc.

Ian has been on the local swift water team for many years so he a very good understanding of the river and is willing to do anything he can to make your river adventure the best it can be.
