Condo had everything we needed and more! Property is close to pickle ball courts and a short walk to the resort style pool. If you want to head to the beach, host provided beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon (which is a BIG help). Host was very present and responded immediately to our calls/texts. We use VRBO a lot and this property and host has been the best by far! We hope to be able to stay here again in the near future.

Perfect place for R&R

The owners were wonderful to deal with and the townhouse was very comfortable and well equipped. The balconies are lovely in the evening for enjoying a glass of wine and the sunset. Would most definitely return. Thank you Bard and Scott.

We loved the community! The house was spotless, comfortable, had every amenity. It was beyond our expectation and our family had the best vacation! The owners are so wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Ft. Myers, Paseo condo unit

Good people own this and are great to work with. Wonderful gated community. Excellent location to restaurants and interstate. Clean, multilevel unit with beautiful decor. Community has a beautiful pool area with tiki bar, restaurant, coffee shop, etc. Tennis courts and pickle ball courts are available… even bocce ball if you’re interested. Wonderful area to walk and bike or fish.

March Escape

We came to Paseo for the month of March to escape the Midwest winter! We loved the community. It was both beautiful and friendly with many activities. One of our favorite activities was to take a walk several times a day through the neighborhood. And of course the pool, tiki bar and entertainment were great! The owner Scott was excellent! He personally made us feel welcome, got us situated quickly and responded immediately to any of our concerns! Unfortunatelly, we were visiting during the covid pandemic but the Paseo association monitored the situation and made adjustments as needed. We would love to return!

Above and Beyond...

You will love PASEO. This is our third monthly stay. This is an active community with events you can participate in. The grounds are well maintained with an excellent pool area. Scott’s condo was spacious, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a separate beverage refrigerator. Many of the reviews mentioned how accommodating Scott was, but he really went out of his way for us. We left PASEO to spend a month on Marco Island when we realized we had a missing ring. We thought it might be in the master bedroom. Scott’s daughter searched and found the ring under the bed, then he met us at the Tiki bar to return it! Above and beyond…

Family vacation all ages enjoyed

It's hard to decide what we liked best about Scott's townhouse. Scott is a fab owner; great communicator, quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. The townhouse had plenty of room for everyone to lounge or spend time together cooking or playing games. The two balconies were used every day, beautiful views and great to lounge with coffee or another beverage. We cooked many meals at the townhouse, every appliance you could conceive and cooking utensil is available; so much better than most rentals we've experienced. Plus a full size Weber grill. The Paseo community completes the trifecta, so many activities, very friendly residents, and a beautifully landscaped property. We stayed March 2023, the month flew by. Already looking forward to March 2024.

Luxury and Amenities- This place has it all!

My family and I (two adults/two teenagers) have just finished our amazing vacation at this Paseo rental. It was everything we could have asked for in a home. The property is immaculate with all of the latest amenities to make it feel like home. We enjoyed the designer kitchen, the generously-sized bedrooms and the upgraded bathrooms. The state-of-the-art electronics, WIFI and sound system were an amazing bonus to the property. Plenty of relaxing living space for us to spread out and then great games/cards for us to play together. The property is centrally located in the complex within easy walking (or biking-2 in the garage) distance to the beautiful pool, clubhouse, fitness areas. I even enjoyed a fitness class at the gym - no charge! And I can't even describe how much I love that pool. There was plenty to do in and around the home as well as plenty of areas to just sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It honestly felt like home for us - had everything we could have asked for. Any questions we posed to the homeowners were answered promptly and courteously. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be coming back....and have already booked our return flights! Enjoy!

Lovely Paseo Property

My husband and I along with my sister and her husband rented this town house for January and February 2018. This is our third visit to Paseo, but our first stay at this property, and we really enjoyed it! The home was very comfortable, clean, beautifully furnished, and spacious enough for the four of us. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and there was a nice barbecue grill as well. We appreciated the multiple televisions, since we all had different viewing preferences. The roomy two-car garage offered plenty of space for bikes, golf clubs, etc., and the two porches offered lovely views of the pond and fountain. It was a short walk to the Paseo community center, with its many amenities like the pool, gym, library, movie theatre, and Tiki bar, all of which we used. The community is very quiet and a great place to walk and bike. Paseo is located near many wonderful restaurants, beaches, shopping areas, and hiking spots, so there was never a lack of things to do. It is also located conveniently close to the airport and to I-75 for trips north and south. We spent a lot of time exploring the entire area, which offers something for everyone. Scott and Barb were great hosts, providing thorough information before and upon our arrival, and quickly responding to any questions we had during our stay. We liked this home so well that we already arranged for another stay there next year!

Getaway in Paradise

Our stay at Paseo resort, was one of the best vacations we have had. We loved our condo, it was very roomy and comfortable. The balcony was an added bonus and we spent many evenings relaxing on it! We also appreciated the bikes to use around the resort. Also, the condo is within walking distance to the pool and tiki bar. This is an absolutely beautiful resort and we look forward to returning!

Awesome Condo

From check in to check out, our experience was fantastic. Scott was there for any questions we had as well as checking to make sure that everything was going well for our stay. We would highly recommend Scott's condo and we are hoping to return in the future. The condo was very spacious, clean and well stocked. Paseo is breathtaking property with many resort like amenities.

Exceptional property

This property met every expectation and more. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and to make sure everything was working. They also gave ideas of many places to visit and to eat at while in Fort Myers. Great time and will be back next year.

Great amenities, lots of space

We enjoyed the large 3 bedroom condo. Very well equipped kitchen. Also liked the 2 bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and pickle ball paddles. We enjoyed walking to the clubhouse for free coffee each morning and the free movies on weekends. The pool was beautiful and the tiki bar offered good food and drinks. 40 minute drive to the beach. Plenty of space for our guests.

My stay at Paseo

My wife and I stayed at Scott and Barbs condo recently from Jan1 to Jan 31. Very well equipped kitchen, beautiful master bedroom and two more bedrooms. The 2car garage was very helpful after spending the day at the beach. Excellent restaurants in the area. We love the Tiki bar by the pool with 8 tvs and ate there often. The property is awesome and the pool is as nice as any that I have seen. I wish I could have stayed longer to watch the Super Bowl ar the Tiki Bar. Everyone at Paseo was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this unit if you want a wonderful vacation. Scott and Barb were always available by phone call if needed

MN winter get away

I rented Scott and Barb's townhouse for Jan & Feb. The unit is just as described and very well equipped for cooking, having guests, and outdoor activities. They answered my questions in a timely manner whenever I contacted them. The unit became home for me and felt welcoming. Paseo is a great gated community with a wide variety of activities and amenities. The people I met were very friendly. This townhouse is within easy walking distance of the pool complex and town center. It is a great community to walk in as the plant life and water views are beautiful. Another benefit I really liked is there are sidewalks everywhere so walking is delightful. I enjoyed my time at Paseo immensely. It was a good fit for me and the guests that came to visit me.

Paseo Townhouse

Our family spent a wonderful time at this home August 2015. From the time of booking our stay through the last day on premise, the owners worked with us to make certain our stay was great. The property is beautiful and wonderfully equipped. Everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips in a newly constructed townhouse. Paseo is a beautiful "resort-like" development with a large pool and Tiki Bar, separate lap pool and children's pool, full gym, dining, ice cream parlor, movie theater and concierge service. This is a gated community with security and is very quiet and private. The people we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The property is close to the airport, shopping, restaurants and beaches. There are many places to explore. We love the Ft. Myers area and will be back!

Wonderful property in a fantastic community

We have rented many times in the Paseo community. This condo is by far the best we have rented. We found this house to be just as the photos show. It is new, clean, spacious, and very well equipped. It even has a brand new Webber gas grill in the garage, and two new bicycles. We loved the spacious two stall garage. It is nicely furnished. The electronics and technology are first rate with speedy internet, large TVs throughout the house, and a wonderful sound system that streams music into the house. The Paseo community has a resort feel to it. The developer has done a great job with landscaping. There is a HUGE first rate community pool area, an ice cream shop, a library, and computer room. Plus it has a Publix and many restaurants close by. The owners were very helpful, answered any questions we had, and best of all, responded quickly to my communications. We will definitely be coming back to this place !
