Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure gas fireplaces are completely turned off, as well as all space heaters. Lower thermostats to 50 degrees.
Remove all food from the fridge, freezer, and cabinets. Throw all trash away in the large dumpster located in the overflow parking lot.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
Please do not rearrange furniture. Do not put any furniture, blankets, etc up against the baseboards. It is a fire hazard.

The hosts were very informative and communicative! The townhouse was clean and well appointed. We had an extra car (parking for three cars available) but the hosts were creative with potential solutions. We had a relaxing time and hope to come again.
