Nestled on the water's edge, this charming lakefront retreat offers serene views, a private dock and cozy comforts for unwinding. Come with the whole family and enjoy Lake Hartwell in this 4-bedroom home located only 15 miles from Clemson University. Relax on the beautiful deck that overlooks the cove. With two living rooms, two smart TVs, a private dock and plenty of space inside and out, this is the perfect home for a relaxing getaway. Due to the extreme drought we are experiencing in SC, lake levels are at a record low. The dock is sitting on the ground. If you want to do any water activities like paddle boarding, you have to walk about 30 ft from the dock to the water’s edge. Water shoes strongly recommended. 😊

3. Gather sheets and towels and place them by laundry area 4. Run the dishwasher 5. ⁠Leave garage door remote in kitchen drawer labeled “place mats”.

6. ⁠Cover up outdoor furniture 7. ⁠Check downstairs door is locked. 8. ⁠Lock up house by pressing lock symbol in front door lock on your way out.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours are between 11PM - 8AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time out of respect for our neighbors.

The house was very spacious and clean with ample parking. It had everything we needed. The host communicated well. The house is close to Clemson and Anderson. The lake is very low, which was communicated to us and is out of the owner’s hand, so we were unable to enjoy the lake due to Lake Hartwell levels. There is a nice access point in walking distance with great views of the sunset.

Spacious and clean home! Spent parents weekend with another couple and had a great time. House is perfect for 2 families with ample bedrooms and bunks. Kitchen was adequate for preparing a couple home cooked meals for our college kids. House is about 25 min drive to campus. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Only mention is that the lake is very low and dock was on dry ground. Water was about 30-40 yards away but not really accessible from the property. This is a longer term issue due to drought and an army corps project. Not a host problem and didn’t matter for our plans, but if you were looking for lake access this would be an issue. The host did make sure we were aware well in advance and believe it mentions that in the description.
