The pictures of the property are deceiving. The yard is not well maintained. The living room & dining room area are not set up as pictured. The furniture & layout is completely different, which is fine if it has been changed but is deceptive to someone booking based off the pictures provided. All of the furniture is stained (rugs, tables, bed, curtains, etc) which is also not captured in the images. The sheets on the bed were extremely stained and all of the shower heads do not turn on. Upon noticing all of this I immediately reached out to the host to which I received no reply. We ended up leaving the property and getting a hotel due to the condition of the unit not being properly cleaned & upkept for guests. The host refused to give a refund even though we did not stay at the property. The host also never responded to my messages or apologized for the inconvenience & lack of cleanliness. Instead the host informed VRBO support (which also sucks by the way) that they will not approve a full refund. This host was not communicative or accommodating at all. Be aware when booking the pictures do not truly capture the condition of the property. I explained to the host how we were looking forward to this trip as it was our first family vacation after having our daughter and it was a birthday trip. The host ignoring me to address my concerns was rude, lacked empathy & unprofessional. I still have yet to receive any response from the host. Would not recommend this property!

Great stay! Wonderful communication. Super chill experience with check in expectations and check out expectations—which was a perk! We felt safe at the house/the street we were on. We were able to get around to different parts of Atlanta easily- everything is within a few minutes driving/a few miles.
