This quaint cape home is perfectly located for you to enjoy everything Sandwich has to offer. It is within walking distance to 4 great restaurants including the newly opened Treehouse Brewery. Less than a 10 minute ride to all the tourists spots like the glass museum, Heritage gardens, Hoxie house, and the new Zipline & Aerial Adventure Park. Take a drive on route 6A to see the beautiful marshes and unique shops the Cape has to offer.
Plenty of beaches to choose from such as Town Neck, Sandy Neck, Scussett Beach and Barnstable beaches are nearby. All of the rooms are tastefully decorated. You will be pleasantly surprised when you arrive.

My family and I had a fantastic time at this property. It was just as advertised. Town Neck beach was perfect for our kids. Close to local restaurants, shops, and Treehouse Brewery. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful time in Sandwich, weather was superb and the house had everything we needed. We loved the beach on the bay around the corner and walking over the Sandwich boardwalk. Had yummy dinners at the Pilot House & Fisherman’s View restaurants. Truly a beautiful part of the Cape and doesn’t take as long to get there.

Perfect space for family

My parents, husband, and our two children stayed here for a week. We have always stayed in this neighborhood when at the cape, but have to say this was our favorite house. Main reasons being: cleanliness, proximity to the beach, outdoor space, kindness of and ease of working with Arlene. Would absolutely rent again.

Cozy beach getaway

Our family had a great stay. Home had everything we needed and was very clean. Beaches within a 10min nice walk. The beach wagon and float tubes were excellent to have available. Really a great location in between being able to walk to the beach, the canal, Treehouse Brewing, shops and restaurants.

Cape Cod, Cape in Sandwich not far from Town neck Beach

Comfortable and nicely decorated. Very clean and neat with nice deck. In the Town neck neighborhood walking distance from the beach. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. Great value!
