We were happy with the rental. However, parking was a nightmare. We could not find a parking spot, plus the building is in a sketchy area. So we ended up driving to the casino to park, and took an uber to the rental.
Host was an excellent communicator and checked in with us often. Property was clean and plenty of space. Very convenient location for anything downtown Cleveland
The stay was fantastic! Check-in was quick and easy and the host was quick to respond to any questions. Better than I expected. The

We had a nice stay at this condo for part of our family vacation. The location was convenient for us, as we routinely walked to the Ohio City neighborhood for drinks and meals. We also walked downtown to visit the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame and had a short drive to the art museum and botanical gardens. The unit itself was clean and quiet, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. Our only minor complaints would be that the unit is a little dated and could use a few additional lamps in the living room. It can get a little dark in there at night. Those are minor issues, though, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
Very nice apartment. The building was a bit dated however. And the front entrance is currently under construction which made parking a nightmare. One night my partner had to park two blocks away. But the location is 5 minutes from everything and the actual unit itself is very comfortable and clean!
The apartment was perfect gathering space for our family. We were in town for a football game and we were walking distance to the stadium. It was close enough to easily access restaurants and Playhouse Square and perfectly off the beaten path to be unaffected by the noise and traffic of the city. We will definitely seek out this listing the next time we come to town.

I would rate this property as "OK". The biggest issue with our stay is that the building is undergoing a facade replacement and the entire perimeter of the building has construction fencing set up. Not what you want to see when you drive up. Typically I wouldn't care about this but the issue is that all the parking spots surrounding the building are closed off due to the fencing, which makes parking here a hassle as there are fewer spots. This should have been disclosed. The common areas of the building are somewhat rundown and in need of rehabbing. The unit itself is fine with a nice layout but the cleanliness of the unit was just OK. Example: The carpeting throughout the unit had clearly not been vacuumed. Given the price point I would expect the unit to be spotless. Communication with the owner was good and they were responsive. However given the above mentioned issues I would not rent here again.
The building is a little rough, but is undergoing renovations. Because of this, parking can be a challenge but it wasn’t terrible. I had to walk maybe a block when I arrived. The next day we parked a lot closer. Once the renovations are done I think parking will be a lot easier. The stairwells did have a fowl smell to them so I don’t recommend taking those. The unit was very nice and I had no complaints about it. Host was very communicative about needing access to fix something while we were there and reassured us that all was well. Check in was a breeze. The only thing I did not find was the fobs that are mentioned go access the building door, but I also didn’t really follow up to ask as we were only there for a day and a half. Overall - I would definitely recommend. Convenient and close to enough and you get to see the turnstile bridge in action sometimes. Ubers and scooters are close enough by to get most places downtown.
We were visiting Cleveland from Pennsylvania to see Zach Bryan in concert. The location of the apartment was perfect as it was just a mile or two walked all points of interest (stadiums, museums, center city, etc) via the Riverwalk path. We enjoyed the coffee shop around the corner as well as a restaurant called Southside in Tremont for lunch. Parking was easy to access and instructions from the host were very clear. The host was also super helpful and easy to communicate with.
